

History of JSC "Dirmeta" Ltd: In 1957 in big factory "Banga", manufacturing TV sets, tool making plant and non-standard equipment making plant started operating. These plants supplied the factory with technological equipment.

Upon reorganization of the factory in 1995, both shops were merged and became "Dirmeta", which was a branch of the JSC "Banga" and was producing equipment not only for the JSC "Banga", but also to other clients in Lithuania and abroad.
In 1997 this branch was privatized and became the JSC "Dirmeta" Ltd. The company did not change the nature of its activity and currently the main products of the company are stamping tools, mold tools and equipment, which are designed and produced to individual orders.

Timely delivery of quality products which would satisfy individual client needs to the maximum at competitive prices.

Employees
The company has 42 employees, including 35 highly qualified machine tools operators, metal workers, tool makers and designers. Six people, having university technical or economical degrees, are working in the administration, 1 person is doing quality control.
Professional skills of workers are continually improved at refresher courses.
Partners
Main clients of the JSC "Dirmeta" Ltd. are large and medium Lithuanian companies. Part of production is exported to the Scandinavian countries: Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands. We also have business contacts with the USA, Israel, French, Italian companies. The company is also working with Finnish, German, Dutch, Austrian, Switzerland companies, from which company is buying completing parts and tools for metal processing.
